Old data costs storage and backup, carries risk, and Copilot can still find it. We create one eDiscovery case with two searches, one for SharePoint and OneDrive sites and one for Exchange mailboxes, both with a date before 2020. The statistics show how much is old and which sensitive information types it contains, and the top 100 report becomes a cleanup list, split between shared sites for site owners and OneDrive and mailboxes for each user.
