From request to redacted package, with eDiscovery.
A customer asks for a copy of her personal data. We create one eDiscovery case for the request, search all mailboxes and sites for her name, email address and customer number, and read the statistics. The results go into a review set, where analytics groups duplicates and conversations, tags record each decision, and data about other people is redacted and committed to PDF. We export only what we send, with redaction, download the package, and finish with what to document and when to delete the case.
