Label priority The order of sensitivity labels sets their priority, and the label at the bottom has the highest priority. An administrator moves the most sensitive label to the bottom. The order decides what counts as a lower label, which label an email inherits from its attachments, which label auto-labeling picks and when a site mismatch alert is sent.
